TT390 is a special - purpose adsorptive two-stage air dryer which is designed for completing of plasma cutting aggregates and units operated under shop-floor and field conditions with high levels of humidity of the compressed air.
It is recommended for use together with air-plasma cutting units under negative ambient temperature.
The adsorptive dryer consists of two units.
The first unit - is the rough cleaning unit. It consists of a body which has a form of a metal cylinder with a corrosion-proof steel glass and metal curly turnings made of the same kind of metal. The lower part of the body is equipped with a moisture drain valve.
The second unit - is the precision cleaning unit. It also consists of a body which has a form of a metal cylinder with a corrosion-proof steel glass with silica gel. The silica gel has to be put through regeneration progressively as the efficiency of the drying decreases. As a rule the regeneration is performed in a oven used for electrode drying at a temperature from 150 to 200 *С during at least 2 hours. The lower part of the body is equipped with a moisture drain valve.
